What it is, what it looks like
The Prepare/Enrich program has been specially designed to strengthen relationships, whether you’ve been together for a while or you’re still in wedding-planning mode. It has been used with over 5 million couples since its inception back in 1977, and can be beneficial for couples of all ages, sexual orientations and cultural backgrounds. Prepare/Enrich begins with a comprehensive inventory, a survey that takes about half an hour for each person to complete. The survey provides us with helpful insight into your strengths as a couple, and potential growth directions for the future. Once you have completed the inventory, Ben will use the data to prepare 4-6 relationship counselling sessions that will be tailored to you as a couple.

What does it cost?
The initial survey is a one-off cost of about $50 per couple, which you will pay to Prepare/Enrich. The following relationship counselling sessions with Ben are $140 for a 50min session. Prepare/Enrich requires at least four 50min sessions to cover the essential content, but you are of course able to book more sessions if you’d like to.
