Group counselling

If you want to go quickly, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.

Register your interest!

Ben is keen to organise group sessions, if there is enough interest. Group counselling provides many benefits, such as:

  • A space to focus on a particular area of your life, with the support of people who get it
  • The opportunity to hear the experiences of people in similar situations, and learn what’s worked for them
  • Sessions are usually more affordable for individual group members

Group counselling sessions typically run like short courses, with 4-6 weekly or fortnightly sessions, and could be provided online (eg via Zoom) or in-person. As with other forms of counselling, whatever is shared in sessions is confidential, to protect the safety of members. Below are some topics that groups could be centred around. Let us know what you’d be interested in!

  • Anger management
  • Help I’m addicted to porn!
  • Parenting adolescents
  • Making ADHD work
  • LGBTQIA+ support
  • Enrich course for couples

If you’re interested in any of these, let us know using the contact form. We’ll organise future groups based on your feedback.
