Affordable and accessible counselling for adults and teens.
Life is tough sometimes, but you don’t have to do it alone.
Jobs can be stressful, relationships can become fragile, children can be frustrating, our health can fail us. We’re all doing the best we can. But you don’t have to do it alone.
Counselling provides a safe space for people to work through their challenges, in the presence of a professional trained in these areas. Counsellors help you to think, feel and process what’s happening in your life, to find the meaning in the ups and downs, and to figure out where to go from here.

‘The strongest people are not those who show strength in front of the world but those who fight and win battles that others do not know anything about.’
– Jonathan Harnisch
